A reminder we break up for Christmas on Friday 19th December. School finishes at 1.15pm on this date and all children must be collected at this time unless they are in Years 5 & 6 and are a home walker. Monday 5th January is a PD day therefore, school is closed on this day. All pupils return on Tuesday 6th January 2026!

We are holding our Christmas Carol service on Thursday 11th December, 1.30pm at the Baptist Church. All children apart from children in Beech class (Reception) will be taking part in this Carol Service. Beech class children have their Nativity on 5th December. In English, the children have been busy becoming reporters! We have been writing our own newspapers, focusing on reporting about the Diwali Inspire Afternoon that Year 6 held. Everyone worked hard to include important features of newspaper writing, such as relative clauses and the passive voice, to make their reports informative and professional. On Friday 14th November we will be supporting Children In Need by inviting pupils to come to school in Non School uniform if they wish. If you would like to donate to the charity you can do so via Parent Pay if you wish.

The closing date for secondary applications is 31 October 2025 which falls in the half-term holidays. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to submit an application as soon as possible but before the deadline date.
