Happy Friday! The children have done their first full week at school! We are so proud of how they have all settled in and are getting used to the rules and routines. Our certificate winner this week is Oliver, for being courageous and settling so well into school. Well done! We have looked at the story 'Super Duper You' and the children liked talking about what was super about them. We have created our class charter and talked about how we can try to make sure everyone feels

What a fantastic start to the year in Beech Class! The children have settled well into school life. They have enjoyed exploring our indoor and outdoor environment and are getting used to the routines. Please can you make sure all you child's belongings are named, so if any get misplaced they can be quickly returned. Thank you. PE will be on Friday. Beech Weekly News 17.7.26
Happy Friday and happy summer holidays! We have been looking at the story ‘Oliver’s Fruit Salad’ and the children enjoyed tasting lots of fruit in their own fruit salad. We also read ‘Handa’s surprise' and talked about words to describe food such as crunchy and creamy. In maths, we used fruit to help solve addition and subtraction problems and we have been sorting food into healthy and unhealthy.
