What a busy week in Hazel Class we have had!
In English, we have carried on reading Friend or Foe. We are really enjoying predicting what may happen before it does. In our writing, we have been looking at how to write a narrative that includes Direct Speech. We have been practicing where to put speech marks in our work.
In Maths, we have been consolidating our knowledge by going over certain topics again. We have revisited Addition and Subtraction, and looked at using number lines to support our counting.
In Music, we have enjoyed playing the Glockenspiel. We have been learning different types of notes and how many beats they represent in a bar of music.

In Computing, we finished our Stop Motion movies. We used our IPads to create the individual pictures and then put them together to create a small movie similar to the flip books we made earlier this term.
We took part in the Christmas Carol concert this week and we are so proud of the children. They all sang beautifully and tried so hard.
Have a lovely weekend
