Follow these steps to secure your code:
Check Eligibility & Register for Free School Meals: Ensure you are claiming qualifying benefits (like Universal Credit, Income Support, etc.). If you haven't yet, apply via the https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-school-meals
Look Out for Your Code: Once approved, your unique HAF code will generally be sent to you by your local council or school via email, text, or post. These will be sent out on, or just after 29 June 2026.
Book Activities: Via the Passmaster portal: https://passmastereducation.ipalbookings.com
If you've already applied for free school meals but haven't received your HAF code by the 29 June, you should contact your school office directly or reach out to your local council's HAF team: https://next.shropshire.gov.uk/holiday-activities-and-food-programme-haf/
In case of extreme hardship, contact your school office to be referred onto the HAF programme this summer as they can make a referral.
