Willow Weekly Newsletter 13.6.25

What a busy but brilliant week it has been in Willow Class!

In English, the children have been working hard to create their own imaginative versions of the poem Macbeth. They came up with wonderfully creative ideas for their cauldrons—full of spooky ingredients and magical twists!

In Maths, we've been challenging ourselves with more complex reasoning questions. The children have shown great perseverance and problem-solving skills throughout the week.

During our PSHE sessions, we’ve been focusing on health and wellbeing, learning about the importance of both physical and mental health. The children engaged thoughtfully in discussions and activities designed to support their understanding of how to look after themselves and others.

This week was our trip to Crucial Crew. The children took part in a variety of interactive sessions throughout the day, learning valuable life skills in a fun and engaging way.

We ended the week on a high with Sports Day! A huge thank you to all the parents who came along to support and cheer the children on. The energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship on display made it a fantastic morning for everyone involved.

Reminder: Our trip to Arthog is coming up next Friday.

Well done to this weeks golden certificate winner, Blaise.

Have a lovely weekend, Miss Bliss and Miss Davies
