What a great week we have had, the children all looked brilliant for World Book Day- thank you for your support.
In English, we have been looking at character descriptions. This week, we wrote our own character description about Mum, Dad or Dr Bryce. The children all worked hard to include expanded noun phrases and adverbial phrases in their work.
In Maths, we have finished our unit on Area, Perimeter and Volume. We have also been busy working on our Arithmetic scores, well done to the children for all of their hard work.
In Music, we have begun learning how to play the song ‘You’ve got a friend in me’ on the glockenspiels- our room sounded great this afternoon!
Well done to Jake K, who received the certificate in celebration assembly this week.
