It’s wonderful to see our Year 6 children back for their final term at primary school! We have lots of exciting things to look forward to, and the children have already been working incredibly hard.
Today, we had our tough runner event- what fun we had! Well done to all of the children for taking part and thank you to all of the parents who came and supported.

Our revision sessions are in full swing as we prepare for the SATs, and I’m very proud of everyone’s dedication. Please continue revision at home using reading books, Spelling Shed, and the revision booklets. If you have any questions or worries about SATs, feel free to get in touch.
We’ve also started our class text Who Let the Gods Out and are really enjoying the humour and adventure it brings. In writing, we’ve explored the characters by creating diary entries from both Elliot’s and Virgo’s points of view — with some fantastic understanding shown!
In History, we’ve begun our exciting new topic on the Ancient Greeks. The children loved creating timelines of key events and are eager to explore more about Greek life, mythology and how this fascinating civilisation has shaped the modern world.

Have a lovely weekend,
Miss Bliss and Miss Davies
