Good afternoon,
What a first week back we have had. Our new class book 'Treason by Berlie Doherty' has already got us trying to predict and want to know what is going to happen next.
In maths we are revisiting fractions and have been finding a fraction of a number. In science we have started our unit on animals (including humans) by looking at what all animals need to survive and how various things can effect this.
We have PE on a Monday and a Friday, so please make sure the children come to school in their school PE kit and remember their water bottles.
As always please keep pushing the reading at home, we are now in our final term in year 3 and really need to make sure we are ready for year 4. All the children know how to log on to mathletics and Spelling Shed if you have access to the internet.
