We’ve had a wonderfully creative week filled with exciting learning activities!

In English, we began reading our new book, The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark. The children really enjoyed exploring the story and used it as inspiration to write their own acrostic poems.

In Maths, we’ve been learning how to add two-digit numbers. We’ll continue working on this next week to build confidence and become true addition experts!

During PE, the children practised their throwing and catching skills in pairs. They embraced a range of challenges to make each activity more difficult—and more fun!

This afternoon, we’ve been busy creating some beautiful artwork that will be displayed at the Gruffalo Trail tomorrow. If you’re attending, keep an eye out for our amazing creations!

Our Crowmoor Reward Certificate winner this week is Gracie! Our Reading Rex winner this week is Alfie! Well done both!

It was so lovely to meet many of you at Parents’ Evening, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of our learning adventures as the year goes on.

Have a fantastic weekend!
