Collection Procedures

If you need to make a change to collection procedures for someone who is not on your child's collection list, where possible please email us before 1pm. You must also follow this email up with a phone call due to the emails not being constantly monitored.

If your child is collected by someone who is on their collection list. You do not need to email/call us. This only applies, if the person collecting is not on the authorised collection list.

If you wish to add someone permanently to the list, this must be emailed/put in writing.
