Willow Weekly News 17.1.25

What a great week we have had in Willow Class!

This week, continued our book ‘Pig Heart Boy’. The children the enjoyed writing their own balanced arguments in English this week, based on a range of topics including: Should we wear school uniform? Should football players be paid more? and Should animals be kept in captivity?

In Maths, we have continued on unit on algebra. This week we have been forming expressions and solving 1 and 2 step equations.   

In Geography, we have been learning about trade. Thus week, we looked at countries that import and export items.

On Monday, children will need to bring in old clothes (including suitable footwear) for this Wild Tribe sessions outside.

Well done to Noah who received the certificate in celebration assembly this week.
