We can't believe we are now in the last half term! This school year is flying by!
This week we have been busy practising for our times table check. The children have been working hard all year on their times tables and today we shared how we remember any tricky times table.

In our writing sessions, we have been looking at historical stories. After looking at an example we went over features and tried to write our own as a class then independently. We have been focusing on using descriptive language, fronted adverbials and writing speech in inverted commas.

Our certificate winner this week was Eden, who has settled so well into school and is a great additional to our class.
PE days are on Tuesday and Thursday this half term.
Sports day is next Friday and your child was sent home with a note yesterday about the house they are in and what colour t-shirt to please wear next Friday. Thank you.
