Sycamore Weekly News 14.3.2025

Yesterday, the children loved our food tasting in Design and Technology. They looked at the appearance, smell and how the food felt before we tasted it. There were mixed reviews on the food tasted, but well done to all the children for trying it!

In our writing sessions, the children have been looking at non-chronological reports. They found features in an example text then looked more closely at factual language, subheadings and third person to write as a class then on their own. In Maths, the children have been looking at making a whole using tenths, hundredths and how to partition decimals.
