Sycamore Newsletter - 27.3.26

Good afternoon,

What an interesting week we have had to finish the term. The children are really getting to grips exploring decimals, they have written some interesting non-chronological reports, and we had our trip to Telford Mosque on Wednesday.

The Imam at the mosque was very impressed with our class’s behaviour, how respectful they were and how well they contributed to the discussion.

Over Easter:

- Please encourage your children to go on Mathletics, it recaps everything that we have been doing. The children should all have 0 tasks left which demonstrates they have completed this.

- Of course, keep up the reading, we have some children who are making some great progress and the common theme is that they are reading at school and at home.

After Easter we will have PE on a Wednesday and a Thursday, please ensure the children wear their school uniform on Monday, Tuesday and Friday – please check the children are wearing completely black shoes for their uniform.
