Wow! What a super week!

We started our week with a visitor from Shrewsbury Muslim Centre and the multiplication tables check, and ended it today with a brilliant Sports Day. Our visitor commented on Year 4's knowledge of Islam and it was great the children had remembered what they had learnt about Islam from our RE lessons in Spring 1. A huge well done to all the children for a fantastic Sports Day this morning, they should all be very proud of themselves. Thank you to all the parents and carers who came to support them and shared the picnic lunch.

In our writing sessions, the children have planned and wrote historical stories and in Maths we have been looking at position and direction. This afternoon we have been playing notes C, D and E on the glockenspiel to the song 'Birdsong'.
