Parents' Evening

Dear Parents/Carers,

This is a reminder about our upcoming Parents’ Evening on Monday and Tuesday next week.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment so we can direct you to the classrooms. This year, we have decided not to hold meetings for all year groups in the hall, as conversations can often be difficult to hear and some information may not be appropriate to discuss in a shared space.

All teachers will meet with parents/carers in their child’s classroom. This provides a valuable opportunity to see your child’s learning environment and look through their books. We have also acted on recent feedback, where many parents/carers expressed a wish to be invited into school to see beyond the entrance area.

We are very pleased to welcome you in, so please arrive via the school office ahead of your booked session. Staff will be on hand to greet you and direct you to the relevant classrooms.

Our catering team will be offering free samples from the school menu along with a selection of free cakes and biscuits. In addition, members of the Senior Leadership Team will share further information about the school and invite you to complete a parent/carer questionnaire to share your feedback.

If you haven’t yet booked a time slot or need to confirm your allocated time, please speak directly to your class teacher on the playground or contact them via the class email address.
