We have had a great start to the new term and we are excited for our new topics.
We have had some competitive action in PE this week, whilst practicing for Sports Day next week.
In English this week, the class have thoroughly enjoyed looking at playscripts. We have looked at the different features of playscripts and how these are written.
In Maths, we have started to revisit Decimals. We are developing our skills on how to add and subtract decimals and use these in real-life contexts, e.g. money.
Sports Day is next Friday. The children have had a slip to remind on which colour they are to wear to represent their house.
Please still encourage your child to access the online learning platforms- all practice helps- especially with the countdown to Year 6:
