On Monday pupils will be able to watch the match from 1:00pm on the big screen in the hall with their friends and teachers. Children who do not wish to watch the match will instead have the opportunity to take part in World Cup-themed activities and artwork in their classrooms.

Children are welcome to come to school wearing red, white or an England kit on Monday. This is entirely optional, and those who would prefer to wear their school uniform are, of course, welcome to do so.

Our Move Up Morning will still be taking place as planned. This is an important opportunity for pupils to meet their new teachers and begin preparing for the next academic year. It is therefore vital that all children attend school to support a smooth transition. At the same time, we recognise the significance of this sporting occasion and are pleased to give those who wish to the opportunity to enjoy it together as a school community.
