Hazel - 9.5.25

Good afternoon,

This week the children have produced some fantastic character descriptions. Can you guess which character your child chose from the pictures below?

In maths we have finished our work on fractions and have moved on to money, looking at the value of coins and how to create certain amounts. Next week we will be adding and subtracting different values.

For science we have explored skeleton types and had an interesting debate about the benefits of endoskeletons, exoskeletons and hydrostatic skeletons. In history we finished learning about Henry VIII's wives and their impact.

Please keep up the daily reading at home, the vocabulary the children are bringing into their writing is great. We are also just 6,500 words off having read 1,000,000 words as a class this year.

I hope you all have an enjoyable weekend,

Mr Reynolds
