Crowmoor Community Fun Afternoon

As you are aware we are welcoming all Parents/Carers to join us at 12pm on Friday 15th May for the above event.

Pupils will be battling against time to complete our fun inflatable course and the event will finish with a foam party for all pupils!

Thank you to the Friends of Crowmoor who have helped fund this fantastic event!

Please see below key information:

• All children sent home with a paper copy disclaimer form. This must be signed and completed by parents/carers for each child. Unfortunately without this pupils will not be able to take part in the event.

• All children to ensure they wear PE kit on this day. Please note after the foam party they maybe slightly wet! There will be no facility for them to change in school but pupils will leave once the event is finished (3.15pm)Please note any damage to clothes school cannot accept responsibility for. Please ensure your child does not wear anything that you/they are not happy to damage, this shouldn't be the case but just in case!

• Trainers must be worn due to the children running at the event they must also be able to remove these and put them back on themselves, shoes must be taken off to access the inflatables, please ensure your child has socks on. If your child is not wearing suitable footwear unfortunately they will not be able to take part in the event.

• Children will have lunch in school as normal.

• Refreshment Stalls will be provided by the Friends of Crowmoor but please have lunch beforehand, this event does not include a picnic.

• Once all Parents/Carers have arrived on site, please ensure you arrive promptly at 12pm, gates will be closed after this and the only access will be provided for Parents/Carers needing to access the toilet via the main office. This is to ensure the site remains safe for all.

• No dogs allowed on site

• No vaping or smoking on school site

• No alcohol

• No abusive behaviour will be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the school site if necessary.

• This is not a sponsorship event, this is just the opportunity for the Crowmoor Community to come together and have some fun, after the substantial amount of money that was raised by the children for doing the Tough Runner event!

• This year we will be having a Parent/Carer race at the end! However, only Parents/Carers who have completed the disclaimer before the event can take part. If you would like to do this please contact the office for a form.

• Once the event is finished children will be allowed to go home, we expect this to be normal collection time. Our normal collection authorised collection procedures will apply.
