Chestnut Newsletter 12.9.25

What a great week we have had! There's definitely a change in the weather though, please make sure your child has a coat in school everyday. We try to get the children outside as much as possible!

This week we have shared the book 'The Dinosaur that Pooped a Planet' by Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter who you might know from the band McFly! All the children thought it was hilarious and have tried their best to write a character description of the dinosaur.

We have continued to explore numbers to 10, thinking about counting on or back from any number within 10, one more and one less. Please help your child to recognise the numbers to ten out of order.
