Happy Friday!

It has been a hot one this week!

We have been looking at the story 'You can't take an elephant on holiday'.

We have talked about seasons, holidays and things we think about during different times of the year. In drawing club, the children wrote about other places they wouldn't take their pet and their ideas included Tesco, to a disco, the swimming pool and to the beach.

The children have been using ice creams to make patterns, look at ways to make 10 and have designed and made their own.

The children have also enjoyed painting using sponges to make an ice cream.

Next week we will be doing PE on Monday, so the children will need to come in wearing their PE kit on Monday and Tuesday. Thank you.
