Upcoming Science Activity – Teacher-Led Dissection Demonstration

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope you are well. I wanted to let you know that this Friday, as part of our science curriculum, I will be carrying out a teacher-led demonstration involving the dissection of a beef heart.

This demonstration will help students better understand the structure and function of the heart as part of their learning about the circulatory system. The children will observe the process, but they will not be carrying out any dissection themselves. The session will be conducted in a safe, respectful, and hygienic manner.

If your child has any sensitivities or if you would prefer they take part in an alternative activity, please let me know and I will be happy to make arrangements.
