Happy Friday!

The children have really enjoyed looking at the story 'Goldilocks and The Three Bears'. They have been making meals in out home corner, using porridge in our tuff trays, creating a scene and retelling the stories using story stones, masks and figures.
We created actions for the words:
demolish
guzzle
perfect
slumber
uneven
cramped
In Maths, we have been continuing to compare and order objects. This week we have been looking at sizes and ordered bears and objects by their size, and also exploring mass and capacity.
In phonics, they have learnt 'g', 'o', 'c' and 'k' and new sound cards have been added to their packs. The link below shows how to say the sounds we are looking at this half term.
Please can you make sure your child brings their reading books, reading records and sound cards daily. Thank you.
Today in PE, the children have enjoyed moving in different ways and jumping. We then used what we had learnt from today and previous sessions, to travel across the bench and jump off.
We hope you have a great weekend.
